The next SpiderForest App season starts in just under a month! I’ve been a member for a little over half a year, and I have to say it’s been an amazing time. If you didn’t know yet, SpiderForest is a volunteer-run collective that focuses on mutual support and personal growth as a comic creator. Though I haven’t been a member long, the group was instantly welcoming and has been immensely helpful in showing me ways to improve at what I’m doing. So if you’re a creator looking for a focused community, we encourage you to apply. Since we are not a business, there’s no contracts, no fees, you retain all the rights to your work, and are free to leave at any time if you decide the group isn’t for you, so there’s nothing to lose in filling out that application form come June! Archives for EA and NMSP Partially Removed

Old baggage is fun, right? That’s why I decided to remove the bulk of Easily Amused‘s archives, and also removed select strips from No More Save Points. Some were deleted because the jokes were representative of views I no longer hold. A lot was because I’m not a person who likes being reminded of the past, whether it was good or bad. I like to move on and restart fresh pretty regularly. I’d reached a point where I was dreading people reading these comics when they came to my site, and that meant they had to go.

I might reinstate most of the strips at a later time if I ever decide to go back and make edits that will make me comfortable with sharing them again. There are a small few, however, that will never see the light of day again.

Goodbye, old baggage.
