   I give up drawing backgrounds quite frequently. They’re not my favorite thing. I try to be better about it, but I still find myself doing cheats, simply so I don’t have to focus on them. (Copy paste and tweak is my friend, I think)

   Oof I wonder how they’re going to handle the explanation on that one…

     Heh, I enjoy drawing them when I’m in the right mood. But I generally get tired of drawing the same scenery repeatedly. Which is why most of the time, backgrounds in a new scene will be very elaborate and detailed and then slowly degrade as the scene progresses. XD

   I actually really like the vague darkness? It’s very stark and empty-looking in a good way — it feels like a cold, spacious place with every sound making echoes.

   On the edge of my seat here… Anor sounds (understandably) confused and skeptical, which is… better than furious and betrayed, but the situation seems to be on a slippery slope leading down to furious and betrayed…
